BluBird Rentals cares about your privacy and your need for appropriate protection and management of personal information you share with us. We do not like getting spam and offers for things we would never use, and assume that you do not either.

BluBird Rentals uses the information you provide about yourself when placing a reservation only to complete that reservation. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that reservation.

BluBird Rentals uses return email addresses to answer emails we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You do not have to register with our website if you would like to make a reservation. However, if you choose to register online, you will also be asked if you would like to receive email updates on our new services or newsletters. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you request it. You can unsubscribe at any time after your initial registration.

If you do not feel comfortable filling out an online reservation, you can always call us at (970) 531-1971 and make your reservation over the phone.

From time to time, BluBird Rentals uses non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with our partners. For example, we may tell a partner that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women submitted reservations, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to personally identify those individuals.

Finally, BluBird Rentals never uses or shares the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Protecting the privacy of the very young is extremely important to BluBird Rentals. For that reason no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13. BluBirdRentals.com is a general audience site. We do not permit children under the age of 13 to register with us or make any online reservations. We also do not send email correspondence to anyone who communicates to us that they are under the age of 13.
